These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of the Garden Set from Mazer Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Mazer," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Product
The Garden Set includes a compatible, pre-configured VR headset and access to the Garden software and service. The specific headset model may vary, provided it is prepared for Garden and compatible with the Garden experience.
3. Price
The initial hardware/setup payment is $929.99 plus applicable taxes.
The Garden service requires an active paid subscription. The subscription is separate from the initial hardware/setup payment and is required to use the Garden app, social VR activities, AI features, and guided experiences.
4. Required service plan
At checkout, you must select one Garden service plan:
Annual plan: $539.88/year plus applicable taxes, paid upfront. Equivalent to $44.99/month. Automatically renews yearly until canceled.
Monthly plan: $54.99/month plus applicable taxes. Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
Your subscription term begins upon activation of the headset or no later than 30 days after delivery if not activated.
5. Ownership of hardware
After purchase, the headset belongs to you, subject to successful payment and any applicable return or refund rules. If you cancel your Garden subscription, your access to the Garden service will stop, but you may factory reset the headset and use it independently of Garden.
6. Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
7. Availability and out-of-stock status
If Garden is out of stock, the website may collect your email so we can send a 10% discount coupon when Garden sets are available again. Submitting your email is not an order, reservation, payment, or purchase commitment.
8. Shipping
Orders normally ship within 30 days after order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated at checkout. Shipping is handled through our fulfillment partner.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and, where required, ask whether you agree to the delay or prefer to cancel for a refund of unshipped merchandise.
9. Returns
Returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy.
10. Hardware warranty
Hardware warranty service is provided through our fulfillment and warranty partner, VR Expert, and coordinated through Mazer support. The hardware warranty period is two years from delivery, subject to warranty terms and exclusions.
11. Garden service
The Garden service includes social VR experiences, avatar-based interaction, gentle movement activities, AI-powered experiences, and other guided activities. The service may change over time.
12. Not a medical product
Garden is a wellness and lifestyle product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency services. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or health condition.
13. Adults only
Garden is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. Children may not use Garden.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
