Garden
1. Required subscription
An active Garden subscription is required to use the Garden app, social VR activities, AI features, and guided experiences.
2. Plans
Annual plan: $539.88/year plus applicable taxes, paid upfront. Equivalent to $44.99/month. Automatically renews yearly until canceled.
Monthly plan: $54.99/month plus applicable taxes. Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
3. Subscription start date
Your initial subscription term begins upon activation of your Garden headset or no later than 30 days after delivery if not activated.
4. Automatic renewal
Your selected subscription plan renews automatically until canceled.
Annual subscriptions renew each year. Monthly subscriptions renew each month.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal or another online cancellation mechanism provided by Mazer.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current subscription term, except where required by law or expressly stated in our Return Policy.
6. Annual plan refunds
Annual subscription fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the return period, except where required by law.
If your eligible return of the full Garden Set is accepted within the return period, we will cancel your Garden service and refund eligible subscription fees paid for the initial service term, subject to the Return Policy.
7. Monthly plan refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated in our Return Policy.
8. After cancellation
After cancellation, you keep the headset. Garden service access will stop. You may factory reset the headset and use it independently of Garden.
9. Renewal reminders
For annual subscriptions, we may send renewal reminders as required by applicable law.
10. Price changes
We will notify you of material price changes as required by applicable law. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel future renewals before the change takes effect.
