Recorded Activities Consent Notice

Some Garden activities may involve recording.

Before joining a recorded activity, users must receive clear notice that the activity is recorded.

Body: By joining, you agree that this activity may record your voice, avatar, movements, interactions, and activity content. Other participants may be able to access, download, and share the resulting recording.

Consent button: I Understand and Agree to Join

Alternative button: Do Not Join

Policy: Users who do not consent may not participate in recorded activities. If possible, offer a non-recorded alternative activity.

Storage: Recorded activity content may be stored until deleted by the user or account deletion, unless longer retention is required for legal, safety, or operational reasons.

Sharing: Users who download or publish recordings are responsible for how they use and share them.
