1. Garden app
The Garden app provides adult users with access to avatar-based VR social spaces, gentle activities, AI-powered experiences, and guided virtual activities.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Garden.
3. Account optional
An account may be optional for some experiences. Some features may require account creation, access codes, or subscription verification.
4. Family setup
If another adult purchases or configures Garden for you, you must still review and agree to the applicable terms, privacy notices, safety guidelines, and community rules before using Garden.
5. Subscription required
An active Garden subscription is required to use the Garden app and services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Garden respectfully and lawfully. You may not harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, exploit, scam, or harm other users.
7. AI features
AI features are provided for wellness, entertainment, learning, social, and lifestyle purposes. AI features do not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
8. Service changes
The app and activities may change over time. Some features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed.
9. Termination
Mazer may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, safety rules, community guidelines, or applicable law.
