1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
2. Return authorization required
All returns require prior authorization from Mazer support. We may issue a return merchandise authorization number or similar return instructions.
3. Return condition
To be eligible for return, the Garden Set must be returned:
- in like-new condition,
- without physical damage,
- with all included accessories,
- in the original packaging,
- with accounts removed or the device factory-reset where instructed,
- according to our return instructions.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective on arrival or we shipped the wrong item.
5. Restocking fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, where permitted by law.
6. Hygiene-related items
Opened, used, or contaminated face cushions and other hygiene-related accessories may be non-refundable or may be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted by law.
7. Deductions
We may deduct amounts for:
- missing accessories,
- damaged hardware,
- excessive wear,
- missing packaging,
- hygiene-related replacement parts,
- unauthorized modifications,
- return shipping charges if applicable,
- other reductions permitted by law.
8. Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and bank.
9. Subscription refunds during return window
If your eligible return of the full Garden Set is accepted within the return period, we will cancel your Garden service and refund eligible subscription fees paid for the initial service term, subject to this policy.
10. After return window
After the 14-day return window, hardware purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by the hardware warranty.
